KTH Alumni Week 2012

During the first week of October The Royal Institute of Technology organized an Alumni Week together with eleven other universities in Sweden.

KTH's first Alumni Week invited alumni to various events during the first week of October 2012. M-62 celebrated 50 years with a well-attended reunion. They gathered in Sing Sing where they enjoyed drinks and a lighter snack, followed by KTH campus architect Kristina Johansson’s presentation on art on campus. The alumni then went on a guided tour around campus which ended up at the Innvoation Centre where Professor Margareta Norell Bergendahl and Professor Bengt Lindberg talked about current research at KTH. The reunion conlcuded with a dinner at Restaurant Brazilia where photographs and video clips were projected from M-62's time at KTH.

The KTH alumni association KTH X organized a lecture on the EIT ICT Labs at KTH's campus in Kista. Afterward, they visited the IN section’s first Alumni pub. A KTH inspired pub quiz was held where the winners were awarded prizes from KTH Alumni and the IN section
