Welcome to an open discussion about sustainability, the city and everyday life, something that has been explored within the frames of the research project Beyond Efficiency.

The Project Team has looked at how the idea of sustainability can reach beyond energy efficiency and optimization through the design of our lived environments. Alternative everyday practices with qualities that are more sustainable in the long-term have been examined through design-driven exploration. The conversation between the project's researchers and the Advisory Committee is held in connection with the ongoing exhibition Beyond Efficiency - Fragments From a Future. The project is funded by the Swedish Energy Agency.
