To reach climate goals and the Swedish target of a 70% decrease in carbon dioxide emissions from the transport sector between 2010 and 2030, a large transition is required. Despite these aims, the city is still highly influenced by privately owned fossil-fueled cars. Many families with children feel they need to own a car in order to puzzle together everyday life. But this is not impossible to change.
