Stockholm Trio University Libraries Workshop – R, Bash Shell & Git
This is a four day online workshop on working with data. You can choose to participate one day or several days.

Unix Shell – Will provide an introduction in working with the command line (October 13, 10.00–15:00)
Git – Git is a version control system that lets you track who made changes to what when and has options for easily updating a shared or public version of your code on github.com. (October 14, 10.00-15:00)
R – Ris a programming language that is especially powerful for data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis. To interact with R, we use RStudio. (October 18-19, 10.00–15:00)

It is not required to attend all four days. If you are only interested in attending part of the workshop, just let us know when you register.
This is a "Carpentries" workshop. The Carpentries is an organization that offer workshops on foundational coding and data science skills to researchers worldwide. No prior experience is required, however, you have to have your own computer with some software installed. Please visit the course page for details.
Registration is open to any graduate student or researcher affiliated with Karolinska Institutet, KTH Royal Institute of Technology or Stockholm University.
