This workshop is cancelled.

Participants must bring a laptop with a Mac, Linux, or Windows operating system (not a tablet, Chromebook, etc.) that they have administrative privileges on. They should have a few specific software packages installed, as seen on from the setup section on the course and registration page. 

This workshop is open to graduate students and researchers at KTH, Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University. No previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop is needed. Please observe that the number of seats is limited.
