Much of the research conducted today is published in the form of patents, and an increasing number of research funders ask that you reference patent information in addition to scientific articles. Navigating patent databases presents challenges, whether you're seeking to patent an idea or simply delving into patents within your domain.
Join our workshop featuring Thorunn Grenmark from KTH Innovation, who will guide you through patent application preparation and the essential components of a patent. Librarians from the KTH Library will give a tutorial on effective patent database searches. The presentation takes about an hour and after that we’ll stay for questions and possible hands-on examples.
This workshop is mainly for doctoral students and researchers and will be held in English.
