This talk describes research in artificial intelligence for software development, and the vision of bots who help software engineers with all sorts of tasks. In particular, they are doing automated bug fixing. It's a talk based on recent software engineering research, with a pinch of AI, and also some wider speculations about bots. The talk is based on a series of papers from different research groups.
