Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment you may do so in the booking system.

Location

The Centre for Academic Writing & Rhetoric has two venues on Campus Valhallavägen. We will inform you of the meeting place when you have made a booking.

We can also offer distance supervision (at the same bookable times) via the video conference service ZOOM. If you are interested in supervision via ZOOM, ask the supervisor who answers your booking. Click here to go to the video conference service ZOOM

Rules and policies

We offer two sessions (45 minutes long) for each text or presentation. Make the appointment for the first session with our online booking session. If you need a followup appointment, your supervisor will make the appointment with you. Don’t forget to cancel if you can’t make your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment, it will still count as one of your two available opportunities.

We offer supervision at present only to students at first and second cycle; in other words, we cannot see PhD students. PhD students are encouraged to apply to our courses described here: PhD courses

Drop-in tutoring

We also offer drop-in tutoring at the KTH library during certain times. In addition, we also have drop-in tutoring on different campuses for different periods.

And also:

In the second half of period 4 every year, it can be difficult for us to meet the demand for supervision. But if you need an alternative time, have a simple question, or would like to make a suggestion, email us at cas-handledning@kth.se
