The future lies in Kista – meet KTH during Järvaveckan

Published Jun 04, 2018

June 9th to 13th: Get inspired by students, researchers and staff from the School of Engineering and Computer Science attending the Political Week in Järva.

Sustainability and gender equality are some of KTH's priority areas and that is why the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) is participating in Järva's Political Week. The aim is to create a dialogue about future opportunities and to inspire young people to choose a technical career.

“It is of extra importance to be present in the Kista area. Here lies not only the future in ICT education, but also one of Europe's largest ICT clusters”, says Jens Zander, Head of School.

“Participating in Järva's Political Week gives us the chance to spread knowledge about KTH and to inspire. But it is primarily a great opportunity for dialogue and new knowledge”, Zander comments.
