Interactive design ideas unveiled by master's students
Published Nov 02, 2018
Master’s students in the Physical Interaction Design course held an exhibition in the Library this week, where they demonstrated their team projects.
The theme of the challenge was theme “Shape Shifting”, which required them to develop objects that change form in some way. “We use interaction design and build gadgets, basically,” says instructor Mattias Jacobsson. The students relied in part on microprocessors like tiny Arduino computers to control the processes in the gadgets they produce during the course. And the focus is on potential product ideas.
