We can provide you with an official invitation letter to facilitate your visa application and/or for authorization to attend the conference.
To request your invitation letter you first need to register to the conference and pay the conference fee. Please note that an invitation letter does not constitute a commitment on the part of the conference to provide any financial support. The Visa invitation letter will be sent to you by email as a pdf document.
After the conference fee has been paid, please contact the conference organisers using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
