Smart Ageing Prize is a 50 000 EUR initiative to develop products and services that use innovative digital technologies to support older people to participate fully in social life.

The organisers are looking for innovative solutions from Europe, Israel and Canada that are capable of delivering a measurable improvement in the number of older adults participating in social activities and will be ready to enter the market within 18 months of winning the prize. Solutions such as medical devices or those that focus solely on health and care needs will not be awarded.
