Research areas within industrial transformation.
It is a challenge to divide the research within Industrial Transformation into strict research areas as the research operates in different areas that extend over several different industries. The Industrial Transformation Platform has divided the research into four overarching research areas: Product Development, Production, Business Models and Enabling Technology. The table below shows how different industries operate in all areas. The industries currently operating in the four areas are Vehicles/Transport, Pharma, Infrastructure and Food.
