  • “We aspire to be a top university”

    Increased interaction with society, the business community and other universities both in Sweden and other countries. That will take KTH to a top position among the European universities. Vision 2027 provides direction for the work over the next 15 years.

    KTH President Peter Gudmundson can be proud. He has presided over nine years of progress at the university, though he quickly stresses that everything achieved during his term has been the result of teamwork.

  • KTH’s decision-making organization is being re-thought

    The faculty committee will become faculty councils with overall responsibility for establishing the collegial system at KTH. The school boards are being replaced by strategic councils. These are some of the changes proposed by the President in KTH’s rules of procedure. A somewhat more extensive reorganization however, is not on the agenda - the school organization shall continue.

  • President moving to the Red Cross building

    It is KTH’s management and administration that will be taking over the Red Cross hospital building on Brinellvägen. The move is expected to take place in March 2012.
