• Thailand: Chulalongkorn University

  Chulalongkorn University is the first public university in Thailand and was founded in 1917. The university has about 40,000 students and is a comprehensive university with about 500 programs, among them about 90 are international programs that are taught in English. Most of the courses/programs are open for exchange students. The campus is located centrally in Bangkok.

• Spain: Universidad Carlos III de Madrid

  UC3M is located just outside of Madrid. The university is slightly larger than KTH with about 18,000 students. It is spread over four campus areas and has several bachelor's programs that are given entirely in English. UC3M is a young university, founded in 1989. In the international ranking list of the world's best universities that has existed for less than 50 years (top 50 under 50), UC3M is in around 20th place.

• France: CentraleSupélec

  In 2015, the universities Ecole Centrale Paris and Supélec merged and formed CentraleSupélec. There are three campuses, one 30 minutes south of Paris called Chantenay-Malbary, Metz in Lorraine and Rennes in Brittany. CentraleSupélec is one of France's absolute top universities and is a "grande école" with elite status in their field.

  McMaster University is a public research university located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, 70km south of Toronto. More than 10,000 students study at the university. It is ranked as the best university in the Republic of Korea and among the top 50 universities in the world. The university has five campuses in the Melbourne area. It is ranked top five in Australia and known as the best university in Australia for engineering and technology.

• Australia: University of Melbourne

  The University of Melbourne is a large and renowned university, ranked as number one in Australia and among top 50 in the world. The university has around 47,000 students with a large population of international students. It has seven campuses, most of them located in central Melbourne.

• Australia: Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology

  RMIT is situated in Melbourne city and is spread across three campuses. There is also a possibility to study at a campus in Vietnam. More than 82,000 students study at RMIT of which around 12,000 are international students. It is ranked among the 15 best in Australia and offers courses within technology, design and business.

• Poland: Wrocław University of Science and Technology

  Wrocław is Poland's fourth largest city and is known as a beautiful university town. WUST is a leading science and education center in Poland. The university was founded in 1945 and currently over 22,000 students from over 60 countries study here. At the university there are many student organisations and associations.

• Australia: Queensland University of Technology

  Queensland University of Technology is situated in Brisbane and has two campuses. It is the study destination of nearly 45,000 students, which includes 6,000 international students. The city campus is close to the river and the Botanic gardens; Science, technology, engineering and mathematics are the strengths of the campus in the city centre. It ranks among the 15 best Australian universities.

• Japan: Kyoto University

  Kyoto University is the oldest universities in Japan, located in Kyoto, the former royal capital of Japan. Spread across three different campuses, it is one among the top 100 universities of the world. More than 23,000 students currently study in the university, of which more than 1,900 students are international. Several Nobel laureats come from this university.

• Japan: Keio University

  Keio University is one of the oldest universities in Japan, founded in 1858. More than 33,000 students study at the university, spread over six campuses in the greater Tokyo area. Of these, around 1.300 are international students. The university ranks among the 300 best universities in the world.

• Japan: Shibaura Institute of Technology

  Shibaura Institute of Technology is a private university located in Tokyo, founded in 1927. There are around 8,000 students studying at one of the three different campuses.

• Taiwan: National Tsing Hua University

  National Tsing Hua University, Tawan (NTHU) is a leading comprehensive research university in Taiwan, located in Hsinchu, a beautiful city in north Taiwan, where is also known as the “Silicon Valley of Taiwan”. NTHU has 12 colleges with more than 100 degree programs open for international students ranging from science, engineering, nuclear, social science, medicine, management, arts, education, semiconductor and more.

• Taiwan: National Taiwan University

  National Taiwan University is ranked as top 100 university in the world and one of the leading universities in subject areas such as electrical engineering and natural science. It has six campi with the main campus, three times the size of KTH Campus, in Taipei's Da'an District.

• Taiwan: National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University

  National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University is one of Taiwan's leading public research universities located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. National Yang Ming University (hereinafter referred to as Yang Ming) and National Chiao Tung University (hereinafter referred to as Chiao Tung) has formally merged into the “National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University” (NYCU) on February 1, 2021. Yang Ming, which focuses on biomedical research, and Chiao Tung, which focuses on electronic communication research. • Taiwan: National Sun Yat-sen University

  National Sun Yat-sen University is a public research university located in Sizihwan in southern Taiwan. The university has around 10,000 students within a wide range of subject areas. The NSYSU campus is a habitat and natural fortress, surrounded on all sides by sea and mountain.

• Taiwan: National Cheng Kung University

  National Cheng Kung University is a comprehensive university and viewed as one of the most prestigious universities in Taiwan, with a high reputation in science, engineering, medicine, management, planning and design. It is located in Tainan City and home to over 20,000 students in nine colleges on eleven campuses.

• Australia: Curtin University of Technology

  Curtin University ranks top 15 among Australian universities and top 300 among world universities. It is the largest university in Western Australia situated in Perth, by the Pacific Ocean. There are more than 60,000 students of which more than 19,000 are international. The areas available are business, humanities, health, resources, engineering and related sciences.

• USA: California Polytechnic State University

  Cal Poly is a nationally ranked, comprehensive public university located in San Luis Obispo, halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast. It is one of five comprehensive polytechnic universities in the US and has approx. 19,000 students. Cal Poly’s motto is ”Learning by Doing” as all student programs have a technical, professional, and arts component. Student apartments are avaialable on campus but many students prefer private apartments or houses near campus which are readily available.

• South Korea: Seoul National University

  Seoul National University is a national research university located in Seoul, South Korea. Founded in 1946, Seoul National University is considered to be the most prestigious university in the country. The university has around 27,000 students and hosts approximately 300 international students each year.

• Australia: University of Queensland

  University of Queensland is one of Australia’s oldest and most renowned universities. Situated by the river in Brisbane, it hosts around 20,000 international students out of nearly 55,000 students. It is ranked fourth among the Australian universities and offers many study areas, e.g. Business, Economics, Tourism and Law, Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology, Environment and Planning, Science and Mathematics.

• China: Southern University of Science and Technology

  Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) is a research-oriented public university founded in China's innovation center - Shenzhen in 2012. The university has 8 schools/colleges with focus on science, engineering, and medicine in conjunction with distinctive disciplines, including business, humanities, social sciences, and 70 % undergraduate courses are taught in English. There are a total of approx.1400 faculty members, 4800 undergraduates and 5300 postgraduates enrolled at SUSTech.

• Italy: Università degli studi di Padova

  Padova is in the northeast of Italy. Università degli studi di Padova is a nice university hosting several excellent engineering programmes.

• Japan: Tokyo Institute of Technology

  Tokyo Institute of Technology is a national research university located in Tokyo. Six different schools (Science, Engineering, Materials & Chemical Technology, Computing, Life Science & Technology, Environment & Society) offer education to around 10,000 students, of which more than 1,200 are international. It is among the top 10 universities of Japan and the top 200 universities of the world.
