Competence for the future - Kristina Nyström talks about competence in a dynamic economy in SVT Foru

A crucial prerequisite for more jobs, growing businesses and for economic growth is the availability of skilled personnel and labor market matching. However, in many sectors a skill gap is identified as one of the main obstacles to growth.

In the research program “Skills for growth,” the Ratio institute has studied skills provision from a business perspective. The research programme was concluded by the seminar “Competence for the future” on April 24 where Kristina Nyström, INDEK and Ratio institute talked about competence in a dynamic economy.SVT Forum broadcasted the seminar.
