Application information for international students

The application process for international students depend on if the course is credit-giving or non-credit-giving. In the former, exchange students apply through your international coordinator and master students apply through your programme coordinator/administrator. In the latter case, non-credit-giving courses in English and Swedish, you use the web application forms.

For international students

International Master's students are offered non-credit-giving courses in English and Swedish. Exchange students are offered credit-giving courses in Swedish and different languages.

Registration Periods

  • 1-15 May for the autumn courses
  • 1-15 Nov. for spring courses

Application for exchange students

Contact your international coordinator  to assist you with the application. If admitted, an email with a letter of confirmation will be sent to you by Language and Communication. All credit-giving courses in Swedish are free of charge for exchange students. If you have applied for the online course in Swedish for Engineers (LS140N), you will receive an email about how to access the course.

Application for International Master students

Contact your program coordinator / administrator  to assist you with the application. If admitted, an email with a letter of confirmation will be sent to you by Language and Communication. If you have applied for the online course in Swedish for Engineers (LS140N), you will receive an email about how to access the course.
