Presentation to the Higher Education Authority (UKÄ)

Malin Ryttberg was recently invited to The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) to present her research on the roles of professional support staff in higher education institutions (HEIs). With the point of departure in the many external expectations on HEIs, support staff today are represented by many different specialists on different administrative duties. The aim of the presentation at UKÄ was to problematize how these changes may be understood and what they might imply in relation to the academics and to the HEI-organisation.
