Screens

Arenan

The screen at Arenan is controlled via a device that is locked in the cabinet underneath the screen. This is also where you can find the microphones. You will get code to the cabinet when you book the room. The code is also available in the technology cabinet in the KTH Innovation office. Instructions on how to use the system are inside the cabinet. Remember to turn off the system and to close and lock the cabinet when you are done.

Bring your own computer.

The screen on the Arena is very fragile. Do not touch it and be careful not to place furniture too close.

Torget

The screen in Torget has a hidden start function to prevent unauthorized use.

Instructions for the screen in Torget

Step 1

Press and hold the button on the bottom right of the control panel for about five seconds until it starts flashing.

Step 2

2. Start the screen by pressing On, the button at the top left.

Step 3

3. Connect your computer via AirTame or HDMI. Select Laptop or wireless on the buttons on the right.

Step 4

4. Turn off the screen by pressing the Off button (top, second button from the left), when you are done.

Sound system

There is a speaker system in the ceiling covering the whole open area, both Torget and Arenan.

There are two handheld microphones and two headsets. You can only use the microphones in one of the areas at a time, and usage in Arenan is prioritized.

The sound system is controlled via the device locked in the cabinet under the screen at the Arena. Here, you will also find the microphones. The sound can be divided into four different zones.

Zoom connection

At the Arena, it is possible to connect to Zoom using your own computer. There is a fixed camera and you must use one of the microphones. Instructions are available in the cabinet.
