Airlines normally allow one piece of checked baggage up to 20 kg and one piece of hand baggage up to 5 kg. Carefully read the airline’s baggage information as charges for extra and overweight baggage often are high. We recommend sending heavy items and items such as winter clothing and extra linen by a cargo service. Please remember to schedule the delivery date of your parcel after your own arrival.
Upon arrival to the first European country (intermediate, or final destination), please make sure that your passport is duly stamped and dated.
Please provide us with your travel details in the online form below. You can even ask to be informed about other Erasmus Mundus students taking the same flight.
