No prior painting experience is needed! You don't need to be an artist; you just need a desire to experiment, play with color, and enjoy the process. Come explore, look at the world with fresh eyes, and gift yourself a moment of pure mindfulness.

aUPaEU Focus Group – Collaboration with R&I Ecosystem Actors
The aUPaEU project is a collaboration between partners from the Unite! and EPICUR Alliances. The focus group will explore how the current version of Unite! Agora, the digital platform developed by the project team, can support and accelerate universities’ institutional transformation within the Unite! Alliance, in alignment with the European Research Area (ERA) agenda.
During the session, we will present Agora and some of its services, and through a guided discussion collect insights and feedback from participants on how these services can support in practice universities and the Alliance in strengthening collaboration with Research & Innovation ecosystem actors.
The discussion will focus in particular on knowledge valorisation, collaboration between research and innovation actors, uptake of research results, networking, and support for innovation ecosystems.
The session will include interactive activities and guided discussion using collaborative digital tools.

How to get a Unite! IDEA certificate for your activity
Diversity is a key strength at Unite!, driving innovation, creativity, and collaboration. To support the development of more inclusive and accessible learning and engagement opportunities, the Virtual Inclusion Office (VIO) invites participants to an interactive workshop introducing the upcoming Unite! IDEA Certification Framework, focused on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility. Together, we will reflect on past experiences, discuss future needs, and explore how the certification model and future IDEA-related initiatives can support the design and delivery of more inclusive activities across Unite!.
This workshop is the first participatory step in that process. It is designed to:
• Introduce the quality domains that form the basis of the IDEA Quality Stamp
• Explain how to obtain a Unite! IDEA certificate for your activity
• Analyse practical examples of how the certification process can be applied to real activities, including possible adjustments needed to meet the IDEA criteria
• Gather concrete feedback on the framework structure, criteria and usability
• Discuss how the certification and future IDEA initiatives can best support practitioners across Unite!

In higher education, decision-making often involves navigating different perspectives, expectations, and occasional conflicts between students, academic staff, and university leadership. In this interactive, simulation-based workshop, participants work in teams to analyse and resolve realistic university scenarios related to communication breakdowns, institutional dialogue, and collaborative decision-making. The session focuses on strengthening dialogue, understanding multiple perspectives, and developing practical approaches to collaboration and conflict resolution within academic communities.
