Seeking a job in Sweden successfully; an international student’s point of view

Anindya have moved from India to London for his MS in Software Engineering. After that, he moved to Estonia for his PhD in computer science and then moved to Sweden for a postdoc at Uppsala University.

After having a diverse and long academic career, he decided to move into the industry. Today, Anindya is working in Stora Enso as a senior data scientist. During this presentation, Anindya will share his journey from academia to the Swedish industry and some useful tips and suggestion when you are looking for a job in Sweden as an international student.

Anindya has experience of the recruitment process of large Swedish companies; Stora Enso, Astra Zeneca and Volvo. He was successfully offered work at all of these companies. He will share his thoughts about what you as an international student can think of to increase your chances of entering the Swedish labor market.
