KTH is a proud partner of Food Science Sweden, a national platform aimed at strengthening and visualising Swedish food science research. This years Food Science Sweden Conference focuses on Food Processing Science.

As food systems evolve, the rise of new technologies and processes has challenged traditional perspectives on innovation, convenience, and health, as well as definitions such as ultra-processing. The conference brings together researchers and industry professionals to explore how processing technologies can be aligned with nutritional goals, sustainability, and consumer well-being.
