Background

A first digital workshop was held in December 2020, around the themes:

  • Digital trust, privacy and security
  • Sustainability and Circular Economy
  • Molecular biosciences
  • Water

This workshop was followed by a call for proposals for joint seed funding to support collaborative research projects between the three institutions, where 9 proposals were granted funding. The aim of the seed funding is to catalyze new collaborations and in the longer term to build international teams who are well positioned to apply for external research funding.

New workshops in 2022

A second set of workshops will be held in Stockholm on April 7th-8th, 2022, on the above themes and also including two new themes:

  • Inequalities in higher education
  • Quantum Science

The workshops will focus on providing an opportunity for more academics to engage in these emerging networks, or to engage in new networks, as well as providing a meeting place for already established collaborations. A detailed agenda will be sent out later. Registration is open and closes March 15th. For registration contact Christina Murray, tina@kth.se .

The spots are limited, "first come first serve".

We hope very much that you will be able to join us.
