Water: Today’s Challenges and Future Solutions
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm in cooperation with the Royal Institute of Technology, the Council of the Baltic Sea States and Suecia Polonia Bro association invites to a seminar on Water and Wastewater Management in Sweden and Poland.

Water and wastewater management is one of the basic factors determining the sustainable development. The modernization of wastewater treatment plants and sewer systems contributes to a significant reduction of the amount of pollutants discharged to surface water. The aim of the seminar is to present Polish and Swedish efforts to improve the state of the Baltic Sea environment through effective wastewater treatment. The initiative reflects one of the priorities of the Polish Presidency in the Council of the Baltic Sea States related to the promotion of sustainable development in the Baltic Sea region.
