Important! E-mail with malicious content

Do not click on the attachment in an e-mail with subject "About your study plan" or on the link in an e-mail with subject "Covid-20".

  • During week 3 and 4e-mail with subject "About your study plan" have been sent to people at KTH. The attachment in this e-mail cantains code with the purpose to extract your login information to your KTH account.

If you recieved this e-mail and did open the attached file you must change your password for your KTH account as soon as possible. Change your password up in the Personal menu under your name. Or visit KTH Entré your lokal servicecenter to get an activation code for a new password.

  • During the same weeks an e-mail winth subject "Covid-20" also were sent to people at KTH. In this e-mail there were a link to a fake webbpage looking similar to KTH webmail.

If you clicked this link and wrote your username and passwordyou must change your password for your KTH account as soon as possible. Change your password up in the Personal menu under your name. Or visit KTH Entré or your lokal servicecenter to get an activation code for a new password.

If you did not open the attachment or link you do not have to do anything.
