At KTH Södertälje you will find study places and group rooms on floors 2-4.
Study places
Floor 2: 64 places
Floor 3: 230 places
Floor 4: 64 places
Group rooms
Floor 3: 8 rooms with 4-6 places each, 4 meeting rooms with 32 places in total
Floor 4: 4 rooms with 4-6 places each
You cannot book the meeting rooms on floor three digitally. You book them via the reception on floor 2.
Booking rules
- Booking only works for when logged-in on your KTH account.
- If someone has booked a room but has not appeared after 15 minutes, it is free for other students to use the room.
- The rooms can be booked for a minimum of half an hour, a maximum of two hours at a time, and a maximum of two weeks in advance.
- A new booking can be made when the previous one is finished.
Different campuses may have rules for using the rooms in addition to these booking rules.

Classrooms
In KTH's scheduling system TimeEdit, you can now find unbooked classrooms that you can use as study places. You cannot book the classrooms, but you can use them as study places when they are not used.
The classrooms are located on KTH’s various campuses. You will find links to them when you are logged into KTH’s scheduling system TimeEdit.
