New “My Schedule” in TimeEdit from 22 July
Starting 22 July, 2026, as a student at KTH, you will have access to a new version of the “My Schedule” service. It replaces the current solution in KTH Social and is now integrated directly into TimeEdit.
What does this mean for you?
When you log in via KTH’s login (SSO), you will automatically get a personal schedule that shows:
- Your course sessions (from Ladok)
- Programme activities
- Booked appointments, for example, with your study counsellor
- Group rooms you have booked in TimeEdit
When will you see the schedule for Autumn Term 2026?
Your course schedule will appear in connection with your course registration:
- Study period 1: 20–31 August
- Study period 2: 22 October–2 November
A joint schedule for re-examinations and other examinations (weeks 33–34) is already available at kth.se/schema and here: Schedule re-examination period 4 .
Smart features
In the new “My Schedule”, you can:
- Filter groups (for example, show only your own group or the entire class)
- Select programme activities (for example, a specific year group)
- Subscribe to the schedule and connect it to the calendar application you use
- Hide activities you do not want to see
