Iceland: University of Iceland

University of Iceland is a public research university in Reykjavik and Iceland's oldest and largest university. About 14,000 students are spread over some 20 faculties. Teaching and research are conducted in the social sciences, humanities, medicine, science, technology and teacher training. The campus is concentrated around the center of Reykjavik, with additional facilities in nearby areas as well as rural areas
