Malvinas väg consists of three apartment buildings located on KTH main campus. The buildings offers mainly single studio apartments but also some larger studio apartments suitable for couples.

Accommodation offered at Malvinas väg

Malvinas väg offers studio apartments with a private kitchen/kitchenette and bathroom. The majority of the apartments are single studio apartments of 20 m². There are also a few larger studios of 25-30 m² suitable for couples. The rooms are furnished with one single bed per tenant, a table/desk and chairs. One mattress per room is standard.

All accommodations are furnished with a basic set of furniture proivded by KTH which is included in the rent.

Rent

7100 - 8300 SEK/month (water, electricity and internet is included in the rent)

Rent prices are annually adjusted by the landlords, and as a result, KTH adjusts the rents accordingly. The new rents starts with effect sometime between June and August.

2024 the increase is expected to be 6-10%.
