Malvinas väg consists of three apartment buildings located on KTH main campus. The buildings offers mainly single studio apartments but also some larger studio apartments suitable for couples.
Accommodation offered at Malvinas väg
Malvinas väg offers studio apartments with a private kitchen/kitchenette and bathroom. The majority of the apartments are single studio apartments of 20 m². There are also a few larger studios of 25-30 m² suitable for couples. The rooms are furnished with one single bed per tenant, a table/desk and chairs. One mattress per room is standard.

Rent
8200- 9100 SEK/month (water, electricity and internet is included in the rent)
Deposit
When signing the rental contract, a security deposit equal to 3000 SEK must be paid at the same time as the first rent starting from the Autumn semester 2025. The deposit is separate from the rent and is held by KTH Housing until after move out, to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear or failure to clean properly. The first rent and the deposit must be paid before you move in. The deposit will be refunded to the same account that made the initial payment.
Rent adjustment
Rent prices are annually adjusted by the landlords, and as a result, KTH adjusts the rents accordingly. During 2025 the increase is expected to be 6-10% divided on several occassions. The first adjustment was done on January 1st 2025, and the new price is shown above.
