A degree from KTH is an investment for life. For the master's programme in Maritime Engineering, application and tuition fees are required for some students.

Tuition fee

Tuition fee for master's programme in Maritime Engineering

The tuition fee (for the year spent at KTH) for non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizens studying this programme is SEK 155,000. Tuition fees for partner institutions differ.

Service for fee-paying students

The following addtional service apply for fee-paying students, EIT Digital, EIT InnoEnergy and Erasmus Mundus students, and KTH or Swedish Institute scholarship holders starting their studies in 2020:

 Accommodation guaranteed up to 11 months during the first year of studies,
 FAS plus comprehensive insurance (Swedish Institute scholarship holders, Erasmus Mundus and EIT Digital students are covered by separate insurance),
 Primary health care for minor health issues free of charge,
 and a pre-sessional English course during three weeks in August, free of charge.
