Lunch and Learn: Recycling and Sustainable Packaging

The goal of our event series is to promote sustainable living practices among everyday consumers by providing knowledge and motivation from companies who share our goal of attaining a sustainable future. Through our event series, attendants will learn how they can make educated decisions in their every-day routines to live a more sustainable lifestyle and thereby decrease their environmental impact on the world.

In the second lunch and learn of our series of three lunch and learns, we will have speakers from Stena Recycling, Stora Enso and Myrorna discuss the implementation of reuse and recycling methods in the home as well as in the pulp and paper and clothing industries.

Lunch ticket pick-up begins at 11:45 am. Lunch will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis.
