Conducting polymers/nanocarbons and cellulose rich materials

Full project title: Interaction between conducting polymers/nanocarbons and cellulose rich materials and their influence on the composite performance

In this project, we are trying to probe into fundamentals, along with, factors affecting the interaction between cellulose and conducting materials such as PEDOT: PSS. Different characterization techniques such as QCM, Colloidal Probe AFM are applied for probing interaction in dispersion state.

Surface characterization techniques are employed for probing the structure and morphology. Finally, we are trying to use this knowledge to build better energy storage devices using bio-based materials.
