Our Competence Centres
KTH Lean Center
KTH Lean Center is a competence center where theoretical research and practical implementations on sustainable business development meet. Our vision is to be Sweden's leading competence center for insights and abilities linked to management and systematic improvement of work processes and organizations.
Leancentrum is part of the Departement of Sustainable Production Development and offers training, seminars and qualified coaching for both business and the public sector.
HELIX Competence Centre is a 5-year program with a focus on sustainable development in organisations. The common theme of the research is to develop knowledge about how good working conditions in terms of learning, health and gender equality can be combined with efficiency and innovation.
The program is based at Linköping University and lead by Professor Mattias Elg. HPU is a research partner, Kristina Palm is a member of the board of directors and Monica Bellgran is on the scientific council. HPU partners AstraZeneca, Scania and Södertälje municipality are also involved in the program and contribute both with funding, insights and praxis.
