Ph.D. Student at INDEK winner of Bicky Chakrabor's program for entrepreneurs

Britta Nordin Forsberg, Indek-PhD-Candidate at the Department of Organization and Management, has with her company Playitfair been selected winner of KTH Innovation's new accelerator program for entrepreneurs. The program is funded by a donation from Bicky Chakrabor with an aim to support the creation of a sustainable business that can make a major contribution the development of the labor market in Sweden.

Playitfair is a recruitment platform that uses design ideas from digital entertainment games to create stories and engagement in organizations. Game environments work as virtual worlds where candidates can demonstrate their skills by taking on interesting and relevant challenges.
