Size and composition of the research group determines the future career of Ph.D. students

INDEK-researcher is interviewed in the latest issue of “Universitetsläraren” regarding his research project studying how the conditions during the PHD studies influence the future carrier and research accomplishments. The project is based on a survey to PHD students who graduated in 2006.
