Marjorie Ladd Parada is a postdoctoral researcher at KTH's glycoscience group, specializing in X-ray techniques to study cell bran. Her diverse background spans from food technology in industry to advanced research in food science and crystallography, with a consistent focus on X-ray analysis throughout her academic journey from the University of Leeds to Stockholm University and now KTH.

Welcome to another lunch seminar held by our KTH FOOD faculty! This time, Marjorie Ladd Parada takes the stage to tell us all about her research on X-rays and how different X-ray techniques can be applied to understand food and other materials.

11:30: We start with half an hour where participants can eat their packed lunch and mingle.

12:00: Marjorie Ladd Parada presents and answers questions.

12:45: Future Food Call information and matchmaking (12:45-13:45). We will provide more detailed information about the call and facilitate matchmaking for those interested in submitting proposals. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the call topics and connect with potential collaborators. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you would like to have contacts from our external stakeholder group.
