Abstract

Mathematical billiards is an idealization of the physical game of billiards. The physical game that is decided by physical laws associated with gravity, friction and collisions is ignored in this essay. Presentation of geometric figures where mathematical billiards are shown, and we study how the movement pattern of the billiard ball changes at angles at a constant speed. The geometric shapes examined are rectangle, circle and triangle. Periodic trajectories in the figures are something that will be examined in particular. We will answer questions regarding where the billiard ball will end up and how many bounces a ball performs before it ends up in a specific position.
