Abstract
In this double act, we describe our recent work with Valentin Blomer and Giuliano Gagliardi. We confirm the conjectures of Manin and Peyre for a class of smooth spherical Fano varieties of semisimple rank one. In particular, the class includes all smooth spherical Fano threefolds of type T.
