Abstract

The reasons concerning limited accuracy of the physical instruments involved in process of measurement can be put in the fundament of the construction of the physical science formalism. This allows to explain the mathematical structure of physical space, the mathematically allowed form of physical laws in both classical and quantum mechanics, etc. The special questions which are also important to construct the evolution equations in physics will be the transition of information and the stability of observation. Already these simple foundations and nothing else allow to build the complete system of equations used in physics. The interpretations of the modern experiments on the quantum mechanics foundations as well as the application of the stochastically appeared irregular measures are discussed also.
