Brummer & Partners MathDataLab

After years of planning and signing contracts it is finally time for the opening of Brummer & Partners MathDataLab. The director, Prof. Henrik Hult, is excited.

He says that MathDataLab will be a great oppurtunity to do research in mathematical analysis of big and complex data. ”We will invest in a new generation of mathematicians and focus on foundations and implementations of novel methods for data analysis”.

Henrik began as a student at KTH in 1994 as and got his Ph.D. degree in 2003 in mathematical statistics. He continued his career at University of Copenhagen, Cornell University and Brown University. In 2015 he became a professor at KTH. His research is mainly statistical calculations methods.
