My research profile at Structural Biotechnology

At present, I am working on the structural reconstruction of rHDL (reconstituted high density lipoprotein) by EM (electron microscopy). There are two aims:

Initially solving the structure of discoidal HDL followed by the LCAT (lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase) induced spherical type.

Developing the Nanodisc as a platform to study transmembrane-soluble protein complex structure.
