Higher seminar: "Nuclear Clay"​​

Andrei Stsiapanau is a Belarussian researcher lecturing on nuclear technopolitics in Lithuania, and a former guest of the Division where he visited the Nuclear Waters project. Andrei Stsiapanau defended at the University of Vilnius with the thesis “The Politics of Chernobyl in Belarus from 1986 to 2008: interplay of discourse-coalitions” where he examined the impact of the Chernobyl disaster on the national politics in Belarus.
