Anna Klara Lindgren

Main responsibilities: Recruitment, Introduction/Onboarding, Scholarships. 

Stationed at Campus Solna (SciLifeLab). 

With a Bachelor’s degree in HR from the University of Stockholm and several years of experience in the Staffing and Recruitment industry, I am currently working as a HR administrator at the School of Engineering Sciences in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Health, KTH. The years as a Recruitment Consultant deepened my understanding of different roles in a wide range of fields such as IT, Technology and Finance and introduced me to the operational side of diverse companies and showed me the importance of giving excellent service to clients and co-workers. I have recruited both young professionals and experts and been in charge of recruiting for Trainee programs. In my current role, I support staff and managers at three different divisions in HR assisting with questions related to employment, work environment and labor law issues. I strive to learn more within the HR field in an international environment.
