Ali Nejad Ghafar

I received my B.Sc. in Civil Eng. in 1995, whereas my professional life began in 1992. After 20 years of professional experience in practical field work in Civil & Construction Eng., I felt a need to upgrade my academic skills and deepen the level of my attainments in order to engage in global technical challenges. Hence, I started my education at KTH once again in 2011 and got my M.Sc. in Infrastructure Eng. in 2013. Subsequently, I decided to pursue a research (Ph.D.) program in Rock Mechanics with emphasis on grouting in hard rock due to its significance in Scandinavia. My Ph.D. disputation is going to be held in August 2017. Accordingly, I'm curiously seeking for a challenging position, where I can effectively contribute and utilize my academic and practical achievements to deal with sophisticated tasks in subsurface infrastructures.
