About me
I completed my PhD studies from the Department of Computational Science and Technology in School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Royal Institute of Technology. My Ph.D. advisor is Jens Lagergren and my thesis topic is “Probabilistic Modelling of Domain and Gene Evolution”.
My primary research interests include:
- Bayesian methods in phylogenetics
- Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods
- Probabilistic modelling of Domain Evolution
- Homology inference algorithms
