Benjamin Christoffersen

I am postdoctoral researcher in the Biostatistics group at MEB and the RPL division at KTH. My research interest are in computational statistics, particularly, with applications in survival analysis. I am the (co-)author of a few packages on CRAN which include:

• The dynamichazard package (https://cran.r-project.org/package=dynamichazard).
• The mssm package (https://cran.r-project.org/package=mssm).
• The pre package (https://cran.r-project.org/package=pre).

I am currently funded by the Swedish e-Science Research Centre (SeRC) to apply variational approximations in the medical sciences under the advisement of professor Keith Humphreys, associate professor Mark Clements, and professor Hedvig Kjellström.
