Britta Nordin Forsberg
About me
Works at the Department of Industrial Economics and Organisation at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). After many years in the business world in multinational technology companies in particular, Britta Nordin Forsberg returned to KTH in the 2010s, where she had previously earned her master's degree in engineering, to get closer to research in what has been her work for many years in business: organization and management. Her previous professional roles in business have been in technological Research & Development, as well as Marketing & Sales, in roles such as Manager, Management consultant, Executive search, Interim manager and general management. Her doctoral thesis is about Talent Management.
Britta is now researcher at KTH/Indek and also runs innovation development called "Playitfair" for the renewal and digitalization of human resource management, an initiative previously awarded and supported by KTH Innovation and funded by Vinnova. Playitfair was also winner of the Bicky Chakrabortys entreprepreneur program and she has recently received an award from a Nordic research fellowship on industrial economics ScAIEM Award 2020 for research on the use of VR in “Massive Online Learning”.
