Burak Demirel

I received my B.Sc degree both in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 with Summa Cum Laude and in Control Engineering (double major) in 2009 with high honor from Istanbul Technical University. Then, I received my M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. I am currently a Ph.D. Student in the School of Electrical Engineering at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and working under the supervision of Prof. Mikael Johansson. Additionally, I have been affiliated with Automatic Control Laboratory since November 2009. My research interest lies on networked control systems, optimization, and stochastic control.
